UK SONGWRITING CONTEST
I have entered 5 songs into the 2010 UK Songwriting Contest. As I have quite a varied and wide-ranging writing style, these songs have gone into various categories in the competition. NEED A FUNCTION BAND FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT?
In 2009, I set up a function band called Deja Gruve, using all very talented musicians that I have known and played with, in some cases for a number of years. We spent many months developing and honing our sets, and have done a few successful and enjoyable gigs to date. We are now fully ‘gig-ready’ for any corporate events, weddings, and parties, and our flexible approach allows us to tailor the band to suit any specific event requirement. LIVE BAND PERFORMANCES
Trying not to lose sight of the commercial benefits of the function band, it doesn’t really satisfy the soul in terms of musical creativity! Therefore I am putting together a live band to perform and promote my material, using some of the talent that has already been involved in the studio project.
